Batch 001 - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Batch 001 is our first edition of extra virgin olive oil, transparently sourced from a farm selected for exceptional oil and responsible farming. For this first batch, we chose an early-harvest Picual from Spain, the highest quality produced on the family farm of Juan and his father José Luis. Picual is known for its bold, peppery flavour and naturally high polyphenol content. Harvesting early further concentrates these qualities, but yields less oil from each olive.
